Kedves Hallgatók!
A Corvinus Egyetem közössége aggódva figyeli az orosz-ukrán konfliktus történéseit. Az alábbiakban szeretnénk Benneteket röviden tájékoztatni az Egyetemünkön érintett külföldi munkavállalók és hallgatók helyzetéről, illetve a szervezeti és egyéni segítségnyújtás lehetőségeiről.
Tájékoztatunk Benneteket, hogy a rendkívüli helyzetre való tekintettel az Egyetem létrehozott egy pénzügyi keretet. Ez biztosítja, hogy segíteni tudjunk a nehéz helyzetben lévő hallgatóknak, illetve azon munkatársaknak, akiknek Ukrajnában élő családtagjaik vannak. A válsághelyzetre tekintettel egy operatív csoport alakult, amely minden reggel áttekinti az aktualitásokat, illetve a beérkező hallgatói és munkatársi kéréseket.
Az Egyetem folyamatosan biztosítja a konfliktus következtében segítségre szoruló hallgatók számára a szükséges anyagi, illetve a Hallgatói Támogatáson keresztül a mentális támogatást.
A Corvinus Kinizsi, illetve Tarkaréti Kollégiumában jelenleg megközelítőleg 60 szabad férőhelyet tudunk biztosítani a háború elől menekülőknek. A hétvégén már befogadott az Egyetem Kinizsi Kollégiuma 13 kárpátaljai magyar menekültet, a fennmaradó több mint 40 kollégiumi férőhely feltöltése pedig folyamatban van.
Hogyan segítsünk magánszemélyként? Az elmúlt napokban biztosan mindenki sokat gondolkodott az egyéni segítségnyújtás lehetőségein. Az alábbi táblázatban összegyűjtöttük számotokra a legnagyobb segélyszervezeteket, amelyeken keresztül pénzbeli támogatást nyújthattok a rászorulóknak:

Szállást a Migration Aid civil szervezeten keresztül ajánlhattok fel az Ukrajnából menekülőknek (a Szervezet munkatársai az info@migrationaid.org e-mail címre várják, hogy hol található a szállás, hány embert, mennyi időre lehetséges elszállásolniuk, illetve a szállásadók egyéb megkötéseit).
Az Egyetem szervez központi pénz- és tárgyi adománygyűjtést is. Annak érdekében, hogy valóban olyan adományokat gyűjtsünk, amelyre szükségük van a menekülteknek, felvettük a kapcsolatot több segélyszervezettel is, amint kapunk tőlük információt, azonnal jelezzük felétek és elindítjuk az Egyetemen belül is az adománygyűjtést.
A Budapesti Corvinus Egyetem közössége alapértékének tekinti az egymás iránti nyitottságot, befogadókészséget és toleranciát. Nemzetiségtől függetlenül minden rászoruló érintettnek segíteni fogunk a bajban. Ugyanezt a hozzáállást várjuk el minden egyetemi polgárunktól is. Kérjük, hogy ebben a kiélezett, sokszor érzelmileg felfokozott helyzetben is ezen értékeket szem előtt tartva folytassátok tanulmányaitokat, végezzétek egyetemi tevékenységeiteket.

Dear Students,
the community of Corvinus University is deeply concerned about the Russian-Ukrainian conflict. In the following, we would like to inform you about the situation of the University’s foreign colleagues and students and the ways of organizational and individual aid.
We inform you that in light of the situation, the University has set up a financial fund. This allows us to help students in a difficult situation and colleagues who have family members living in Ukraine. With regards to the crisis, an operative coordinating body was established, which will monitor the news every morning and the incoming requests from students and colleagues.
We currently have five students studying in Russia with Erasmus scholarship, one of them has already returned home, four are still abroad. The University is trying to get in contact with them and if necessary, coordinating with the Ministry of Foreign Affairs to offer its help. There are currently 46 Ukrainian and 48 Russian students studying at Corvinus, and the Student Services team has started to contact them directly to assess their needs. If they request it, the University will provide them with the financial support they need, as well as mental support through Student Support Services.
The University continuously provides financial, as well as mental support through Student Support Services to students in need of help as a result of the conflict.
We can currently offer approximately 60 available places in the Corvinus Kinizsi and Tarkarét Dormitories for refugees fleeing the war. Over the weekend the University’s Kinizsi Dormitory already hosted 13 Transcarpathian Hungarian refugees, and the remaining more than 40 places are being continuously assigned.
How can we help as individuals? Over the past few days, everyone must have thought a lot about the possibilities of individual aid. In the table below, we've put together a list of the main charities through which you can give financial support to people in need:

You can offer accommodation to refugees from Ukraine through the Migration Aid NGO (you can send the following information to the organization at info@migrationaid.org: where is the accommodation located, how many people and for how long can you house and any restrictions for the accommodation).
The University is also organising a central fundraising campaign to raise money and donations in kind. In order to collect donations that refugees really need, we have contacted several aid organisations, and as soon as we receive information from them, we will immediately contact you and start the fundraising at the University.
The community of Corvinus University of Budapest has a core value of openness, inclusiveness and tolerance towards each other. Regardless of nationality, we will help all affected in need. We expect the same attitude from all our university citizens.
